Can I order after the deadline date?
Yes!! Orders received after the deadline date require a $3 late fee. THere is no minimum order required. Orders received after the deadline date will take longer to process approximately one to two weeks. To order either, mail, fax or order online!

Is there a penalty for ordering late?
Unfortunately, yes! There is a $3.00 late fee on all orders but no minimum order. Orders will take one to two weeks longer than the guaranteed time on your order form.

My proof is too dark or light. Can you correct this?
Of course. Your proof(s) were printed using a laser color copier and have not been corrected for exposure. Our photo finisher automatically corrects for exposure (either light or dark) during the printing process. If you want, you can include a note/letter with your order requesting that we lighten or darken your final pictures.

Can packages be "split" between poses?
Our packages are designed to offer you the best value and price. They cannot be split between two different poses.

How much cropping will be done on the final picture?
The proof you receive shows 100% of the image we took at your commencement. All pictures are cropped when enlarging. How much depends on the size you are ordering. For example: 5x7 prints are cropped 1/8" from the top and bottom while 8x10 are cropped 1/4" from top and bottom.

When should I expect my prints to arrive?
We submit orders to our photo-finisher every FRIDAY. Final prints are mailed within 2 to 2 Ĺ weeks from submitting to our lab. During our peak season delivery time may take longer.

I've waited, waited and waited for my prints, where are they?
If your prints have not arrived within the 25 business days from submitting, please call us. Your order may have been returned to us by the postal service for a variety of reasons: unable to deliver, incorrect address or we may not have received your order at all! So, if you've waited longer than 25 days, please contact us immediately so we can research your order.

I never received a proof, how can I get mine?
Chances are your proof was lost in the mail or we had an incorrect address or no address at all. Simply call us during office hours at 800-997-4980. A customer service representative will provide you with the information you need to order your pictures.

I received the wrong proof! What should I do?
We do our best to insure that every student receives the correct proof. Occasionally we goof. If this happened to you please follow the instructions below.
Please call our office immediately. We will ask you a few questions (see below) and then upload images to our website for you to identify the correct picture. Once you identify the correct image(s) we will mail you out a new order form.

  • Do you know the person in the picture?
  • Were you standing in front of behind this person?
  • Provide us with a general description of yourself

I did not get all my order, where is the rest of it?
If you ordered: KEYCHAINS, COMMENCEMENT PHOTO PLAQUE or OVERVIEW these products are mailed separately. You should receive them within 2-3 weeks after the receipt of your enlargements.

I did not receive my keychains, where are they?
Keychains are mailed out separately from your prints in a special mailing envelope. Keychains are mailed out one to two days after mailing your print order. If you waited more than a week please contact us immediately at 800-997-4980 or at customerservice@callphotography.com.

My prints were damaged when the arrived at my house. Can I get them replaced?
Occasionally, the postal service will damage your prints during the delivery process. If this happens, please return the prints along with a note indicating that they were damage. We will reprint your order at no charge.

What is your privacy policy?
At Call Photography we recognize that privacy is important. We do not sell or share your information with other companies, except as necessary for the production of items you have ordered. We will use your personal information to contact you when proofs are available, or for order processing. You may supply contact information for your parents or others who might like to see your proofs and order prints.

What is a logo print?
A logo print has the school emblem embedded in the lower right or lower left corner of the photo. The word "Commencement" and the year are printed under the school emblem. You can order prints with or without logos at the same price.

Are your products guaranteed?
Yes, are products are 100% guaranteed to be of good technical quality. If you are unhappy with your final products and would like a refund, simply, return your order with a letter stating the reason. A refund check will be issued within 2 weeks after receiving your letter.

How can I view my pictures online?
Each graduate will receive a customer number and web password on their order form you receive. These numbers need to be entered to view our proofs Ė View / order proofs online.

I canít find or lost my customer number and password. How can I get them?
Please either email us at customerservice@callphotography.com or call us at 800-997-4980 and we will gladly provide you with your customer number and password. Below is the information we need to locate your information.
  1. Your first and last name
  2. The name of the school your graduated from.
  3. The year you graduated.

I entered my customer number and password and my images do not appear, why?
Images for events are only available for viewing for 6 months. To see your images please email us at customerservice@callphotography.com with your customer number and password and will put your images back online. Please allow 48 hours to upload your images to our website. We will send you an email when your images are available to view.
